Yes. Type your own comments in the “Comments and other details” box, one per line. The box is optional but recommended.

Yes. The order form asks you to confirm that it is public, and you can only add the order to your cart once you have.
Can I add extras to the same order?
Yes. The order form has an optional add-on — “Do You Want To Add Some Likes”. Options include 25 Likes for $2 USD, 50 Likes for $3 USD, 100 Likes for $6 USD, 250 Likes for $9 USD. Choose “Maybe Later” to skip it; the add-on price is added to the total shown before you check out.
