Ask to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time.
Who we are
Dripex operates the website dripex.com, where we sell digital social media engagement and SEO services. In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” mean Dripex, and we are responsible for the personal information described here. Contact details are at the end of this page.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Order and contact details — your name, email address and phone number, entered at checkout.
- Order information — the package you buy and the public link, username or post URL you want serviced, plus any notes you add.
- Account details — if you create an account: your login details (your password is stored in hashed form, never in plain text), your order history and your Dripex Wallet balance and transactions.
- Messages — what you send us through the support ticket form on the contact page, so we can answer you.
- Payment references — for manual payment methods (such as PayPal, Skrill, Binance Pay or cryptocurrency) we may ask for a transaction ID or payment reference so we can match your payment to your order.
Information collected automatically
When you use the site, our servers and the tools described in the cookies section record technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the date and time of your visit. We use it to keep the site working, secure and fast.
Payment information
Card, Google Pay and Apple Pay payments are handled by Stripe, and other payments by the provider you choose at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number or security code.
We will never ask for your social media passwords. If anyone claiming to be from Dripex asks for them, do not reply — let us know instead.
How we use your information
- To take, process and deliver your orders, and to send order confirmations and updates.
- To take payment, issue refunds and keep the records the law requires us to keep.
- To run your account and Dripex Wallet.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To protect the site and our customers — for example spam and fraud prevention, including Google reCAPTCHA checks on forms and login.
- To understand how the site is used and to improve it.
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
If you are in the UK or European Economic Area, we rely on these legal bases: contract (to deliver the order you asked for), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention and improving our service), legal obligation (accounting and tax records) and, where we ask for it, consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use the ones the site needs to work, plus a few from services we rely on. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart, checkout and login will not work without the essential ones.

Who we share your information with
We share personal information only where it is needed to run the service, and only the minimum required:
- Payment providers — Stripe, PayPal, Skrill, Binance Pay and cryptocurrency payment services, to take and confirm your payment.
- Website and email providers — hosting and infrastructure, and the email service that sends your order emails.
- Security services — Google reCAPTCHA, to block spam and abuse.
- Professional advisers and authorities — where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, customers or the public.
- A future owner of the business — if Dripex is ever merged with or sold to another company, your information may transfer to it, on the same terms as this policy.
These providers may only use your information to provide their service to us, or as their own privacy policies describe for the services they run themselves.
International transfers
Some of our providers, such as Stripe and Google, operate around the world, so your information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses to protect it.
How long we keep your information
- Order and payment records — for as long as the law requires us to keep accounting and tax records.
- Account details — until you ask us to close your account or delete your data.
- Support messages — for as long as needed to resolve your request and handle any follow-up.
- Technical logs — for a limited period needed for security and troubleshooting.
When we no longer need information, we delete it or anonymise it.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, hashed passwords and restricted access to customer data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — please use a strong, unique password for your account.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your information, or restrict how we use it;
- object to certain uses, and ask for your information in a portable format;
- withdraw consent where we rely on it.
To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may keep information we are legally required to keep, such as order and tax records. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to your local data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). We would appreciate the chance to fix the problem first.
Children’s privacy
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party links and platforms
Our site links to other websites and social platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn). We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices — please read their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will make it clear on the site.
