Agreeing to these terms

“Dripex”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the business operating dripex.com. “You” means the person placing an order or using the site. By placing an order, creating an account or otherwise using dripex.com, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

What we offer

Dripex sells digital social media engagement and SEO / backlink services — including followers, likes, comments, views and link-building — for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn. All services are digital and delivered electronically; no physical goods are shipped.

Orders and account details

To fulfil an order we only need the public link, username or post URL you want serviced. We will never ask for your social media password or login credentials, and you should never share them with us or with anyone claiming to represent us.

• You are responsible for giving accurate order details — correct links, usernames and quantities. We are not responsible for an order delivered to the wrong destination because of information you provided.
• The profile, page or post you order for must be public while your order is being delivered. We cannot deliver to private accounts or restricted content.
• If you create an account, keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may refuse or cancel an order that is incomplete, appears fraudulent, or breaches these Terms.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Payment is required in full before an order is processed. Depending on what is available at checkout, we accept:

• Debit and credit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay, processed by Stripe
• PayPal, Skrill and Binance Pay
• Selected cryptocurrencies
• Dripex Wallet balance

Payments are handled by the providers above; we do not store your full card details. If a payment is reversed or disputed, we may suspend the related order and account until the matter is resolved — please contact us first so we can help.

Delivery

Orders are queued automatically and normally begin processing shortly after payment is confirmed. Full delivery is guaranteed within 24–48 working hours of order confirmation. Some services are paced gradually (“drip-fed”) rather than delivered all at once, to keep growth on your profile looking natural.

Cancellations, refunds and refills

Our Refund Policy sets out the full rules and forms part of these Terms. In short:

• An order can be cancelled until it has been delivered, but cancelling does not entitle you to a refund or return.
• Once an order has been delivered there are no returns or refunds, because the service is digital.
• If we fail to deliver within 24–48 working hours, you will receive a full refund within 7 days.
• Where a product page states a refill guarantee, that guarantee is limited to the terms stated on that page.

Dripex Wallet

Dripex Wallet lets you hold a balance on your account and use it to pay for orders on dripex.com. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Wallet balance is not a bank account and cannot earn interest.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for any account, page or content that is illegal, infringes someone else’s rights, or breaks the rules of the platform the service is delivered to (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and others). We may refuse or cancel any order we believe breaks this section, at our discretion.

You are responsible for following the terms of any third-party platform your order targets. We are not responsible for action a platform takes against your account — including suspension, or removal of engagement — under its own policies.

Third-party platforms

Social media platforms change their algorithms, moderation rules and enforcement at any time and without notice to us. We take reasonable steps to deliver engagement safely, but we cannot guarantee how a platform will treat any account, and we are not liable for platform-side actions outside our control.

Intellectual property

The Dripex name, logo, website design, text and graphics belong to us. You may not copy, resell or republish them without our written permission. Buying a service from us does not transfer any ownership of our content.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We deliver the quantity you purchase, but we do not guarantee any particular business outcome — such as sales, search rankings, reach or long-term audience growth. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dripex’s total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits, followers or account access. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to compensate Dripex for claims, losses and reasonable costs that arise from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of our services.

Privacy

How we collect and use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above shows when that happened. Orders are governed by the Terms in force when you place them; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where Dripex is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a complaint, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly without a formal dispute.
